Building Bridges, Changing Lives

Welcome to the Red Rock Community Center! Originally established as a public school in 1929, this historic venue has evolved into a vibrant 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to enriching lives through community events, activities, and shared experiences. Nestled in the heart of Red Rock, Texas, our center serves as a gathering place where neighbors can connect, learn, and celebrate together.

Red Rock, a charming and unincorporated community in Bastrop County, is known for its rich history, scenic landscapes, and strong sense of community. Once a thriving railroad town in the late 19th century, Red Rock was named for the striking red sandstone found in the area. Today, it remains a beloved destination for those who appreciate small-town charm and Texas hospitality.

At the Red Rock Community Center, we continue this tradition of connection and heritage by hosting a variety of events, including educational workshops, lively performances, and seasonal celebrations. Whether you’re here to participate in a hands-on craft class, enjoy live music, or simply relax in our welcoming space, you’ll find inspiration and camaraderie at every turn.

Join us as we honor the past, embrace the present, and build a bright future for Red Rock. Come be a part of our story—we can’t wait to welcome you!
